Students need to gather basic knowledge and skill on overall process of the weaving

and knitting, mainly hand loom, power loom, primary, secondary and tertiary motions

of loom and circular knitting machine. Fundamental knowledge and skills are

prerequisite to study woven fabric, loom and knitting machine. This subject covers the

overview of production of raw fabrics and process.
